The Room was founded in 2003, we have 23 years of experience and 7 unique studios in different city’s in Norway. Inspired by Joseph Pilates but having a biomechanics approach to ensure that every body is taken care of in a safe way during our classes.

With full focus on working out smart, building from the inside out, using controlled movements while focusing on core strength, breathing and stability for longevity, our certified and experienced instructors will take good care of you - welcome to The Room!

Our academy, The Room Norge, have the biggest and most recognised Pilates certification in Norway in Pilates mat, Pilates reformer and barre, with more then 500 certified teachers since the start in 2003. Where the industry is growing rapidly our mission is to provide students with the best knowledge within teaching safe practices going deep into the metode and system while ensuring quality and confidence to be an instructor.
